Can't activate ibus on mozc dictionary tool. So can't input Japanese text. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start mozc dictionary tool via mozc toolbar 2. Click "追加(tsuika)" button 3. Click "よみ(yomi)" or "単語(tango)" column 4.
