Hi, Just for the record, the user interface that I am using is Machine.MachineUI and, at the end of the file for that module, only a string is passed to ui.warn.
I see that the base ui class declares warn to have three parameters (of which the first is the pointer to the object, if I understand it correctly) and the last one has a default parameter, and at first sight, it would seem that this would be OK, but I am not knowledgeable about python (read: I am a newbie). I manually edited the file and I was able to proceed, but I am not sure if anything else occured that allowed that code path to not be executed or anything else. If any further information is needed, please let me know.
