No, it seems that *I* misunderstood.

So, I can get what I want by going:

apt-cache search foo
apt-cache rdepends foo

It's a slight pity that I have to use two commands, but it's hardly a
glaring fault. Maybe worth providing a command for in wajig, or
similar.

I think this bug can be closed, thanks.
