I'm sorry to not reply until now, this is my configure file and fail
information.

li...@guoliangc:~$ more /etc/schroot/chroot.d/deb32
[deb32]
description=Debian squeeze (stable) 32-bit
directory=/srv/chroot/deb32
users=liang
aliases=stable
personality=linux32
li...@guoliangc:~$ schroot -c deb32
li...@deb32:~$startnotes
li...@deb32:~$/usr/bin/ibm-notes85: line 11:  5036 Segmentation fault
   /opt/ibm/lotus/notes/notes.real $@

I tried with and without personality=linux32, but get the same result.
