Hi all!

    I've had no problems building dulwich on io (k-i porterbox) after it
got a /etc/hosts and a resolvable localhost (before it failed as well --
with test problems similar to the once in this bugs + of the type
below).

    KiBi, are you sure field (both failing builds have been there) had a
usual network setup for the test? Or some special stuff I could use to
get a environment where this problem is manifesting? Otherwise maybe a
retry is helpfull?
