However it might be easier to change the following behavior: > because none of the packages listed are safe to remove, dpkg > says “oh, screw it” and picks one _arbitrarily_ to remove first. It might be better to not "arbitrarily" remove one of the packages first, but to remove the one which the program/user specified first.
