Oh boy, I did the test on the wrong machine with the wrong version… I'm really sorry about that! It should not have happened. Well, shlibs have not bumped and the ABI did not change. I just wanted to note that the release version of some libraries changed, which is (not?) part of the SONAME. So nothing changed, no transition needed. Maybe it's best to remove the line from the changelog, as it only confuses more than it helps. I'll upload a fixed version soon.
