Please, remove bulmages from the archive:
- RC-buggy:
- FTBFS since more than one year ago (#522584)
- using KDE 3 apps that were removed from the archive. (#522584)
It has made it uninstalable for ~14 months now.
- dead upstream? in #522584 mentions a new release coming soon

The project is also in sourceforge but it is totally dead there:

- From 4 maintainers, 2 are MIA (#574474, #574475), the first one
is the one listed in "Maintainers".
- low popcorn and probably it is obsolete now with the latest changes
in the Spanish law.
