debian doesn't support floppys anymore in d-i, floppys are dead.

for those that still have some, they can easily create the floppy image
themselfs. I've added instructions in README.Debian accordingly.

what does this have to do with floppy drives? without these fixes of
upstream, *any* syslinux bootloader would not boot on certain ibm
thinkpad t22 notebooks, see upstream mailinglist for details.

this has already been fixed in git before you wrote the bug report, but
