Yes, version 2.30.1+webkit-1 is installed.

Did I mention I am using XFCE? Is it possible that this has an effect
here? But still, yelp is used for showing the online help.

Hmmm. Does the fact that one browser works around a weird URL bug(?)
mean it is okay? May be yelp doesn't and that is the problem? And if so:
is that a bug in the URL or a bug (or feature ;-) in yelp.
