[reportbug] Will not initialize... cannot report bugs in this version (I
found out by trying to report a fatal error msg in 'update-manager').
How the heck do you report a bug, if the reporter is done broke-down
(for some weeks now; i'm using 'reportbug NG,' at the moment)?
