Choosing "Properties" on the menu "Library" returns an error.
Keyboard shortcut is Ctr+P and gives the same error

Error is:

Exception: Failed to load glade file `'
The operation underway was: "executing UI action"

I have another computer with Debian and same version of the package and get
exactly the same error.
