Justification: renders package unusable
After libnotify1 has upgraded to 0.5.0 no notifications are shown.
xfce4-notifyd is running:
$ ps -e | grep notifyd
12753 ? 00:00:00 xfce4-notifyd
Also, example scripts from python-notify package show the following:
/usr/share/doc/python-notify/examples$ ./test-basic.py

glib.GError: Unable to connect to server
libnotify is not in dependencies of xfce4-notifyd (why?), but the problem
appeared after this upgrade
