I see. What would be needed to fix it up for old systems ? How easy is it to detect and distinguish the situation where the sysadmin deliberately changed it (which AIUI is something they may reasonably do if they want the additional assurance and are willing to change the relevant daemons' configuration to listen separately on v4 and v6) ?
