I consider this quirk noncritical since it neither affects switching
nor driver binding.
So far, there is only one (not very widespread) device that may get a
symbolic link to the wrong interrupt port. The reporter has a fix for
his setup so the issue requires no immediate action from my point of view.
I will fix this in the next release, of course.
