Thanks for filing this bug report. lottanzb 0.6 is currently under heavy development and won't make use of a lock file anymore, but rely on dbus instead. Most probably, there won't be another release in the lottanzb 0.5.x series, but if it's important to you, I can create a patch and include it in lottanzb 0.5.4-2. Otherwise, the bug report will be closed as soon as lottanzb 0.6 is released.
