The luma package include a Debian menu file, but no .desktop file. The Debian menu file is not used by default in Gnome, and for KDE the Debian menu entries show up in a separate "Debian" submenu separate from the KDE menu structure. This make it hard for users to find the luma tool. Please add a .desktop file to the package to make the tool show up in the Gnome and KDE menus. I'm not sure which categories make most sense for the luma package, but suggest Categories=Application;System; as a start.
