Hello Stefan, I have an RFP (now ITP) for cutycapt open (pending), and I uploaded the package to NEW. I was going to push it to Alioth, but found that you already had a cutycapt.git there (in collab-maint). However, you didn't file any ITP before starting your work, so I wasn't aware of it. :/
