Package: glade Version: 3.6.7-1 Severity: important
Glade-3 3.6.7 is *extremely* slow: - Every click on an element in a designed window causes the window to blink and Glade to use nealy 1 second of 100% CPU usage. - Dragging widgets does not work probably; trying to move a label to an other table-position took 8 seconds of 100% CPU usage and the label ended up in the wrong position. - Clicking on a spinbutton-button to move an element (e.g. on the "up" button of "Packing->Left attachment") takes 4 seconds of 100% CPU usage and wrongly increased the value by 2 instead of by 1. - And much more things which are *extremely* slow This makes Glade-3 nearly completely unusable for me -- it's impossible to work with it since you have to wait one or more seconds after every mouse-click. AFAIK, older versions (e.g. 3.4.5-3) did not have this problem.
