I've been waiting for a build to complete for few hours... and then mentioned that percentages started to grow again from 0%... looking at the build logs, e.g.: https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=insighttoolkit;ver=3.18.0-3%2Bb1;arch=amd64;stamp=1276850941 I might be wrong, but it seems that cmake upon call in build, doesn't include -msse2 option to compiler while upon subsequent call (while installing) it rebuilds everything with -msse2.
