As of now, nobody that I know about is working on it. A possible hope is /me finding help at Debconf (end of July) where I know some members of the Debian Ocaml team will be. Some of them are Ocaml developers and might be able to look into geneweb's code. CC'ing the Ocaml team mailing list...
