Package: python-paramiko Version: 1.7.6-2 Severity: normal
I am using Bazaar with paramiko installed. For every bzr command I get: /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/Crypto/Util/randpool.py:40: RandomPool_DeprecationWarning: This application uses RandomPool, which is BROKEN in older releases. See http://www.pycrypto.org/randpool-broken RandomPool_DeprecationWarning) I have been told on the Bazaar list that this is a problem with Paramiko and to report it here. "Please file a bug against paramiko in Debian. paramiko should either be using something other than RandomPool or use the proper modules in Python to get it to be quiet." -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_GB.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages python-paramiko depends on: ii python 2.5.4-9 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-crypto 2.1.0-2 cryptographic algorithms and proto ii python-support 1.0.8 automated rebuilding support for P python-paramiko recommends no packages. python-paramiko suggests no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
