Okay, the bug is present in the Lenny installer but was fixed shortly
after the release: http://bugs.debian.org/412168.

Perhaps bogl-bterm should be updated to use the terminfo entry from
ncurses introduced in the 20091226 patch.  Outside the Debian installer
bterm does not seem to be of much use.
