Mention on this man page the existence of the grub-rescue-pc package, and the difference between this command and that package. Please mention it right there on the man page and not just only in the reply to this message. Also there on the man page do give an example of SOURCE that one could use right there in one's running Debian system -- to perhaps produce the same stuff that grub-rescue-pc has.
