gtranslator uses gdict only in one plugin - only build when libgdict is
found at built time, and then only used when the user enables it.
Not sure what the "right" solution is here - creating for each of the
8 gtranslator plugins an own package also sounds wrong.
Tangentially, the plugin seems to be broken at the moment:
