IMHO, it's a show stopper if the displays peered have to be configured again everytime the screensaver is triggered. I don't know if this is a bug or feature actually, but I noticed that the setup was lost when I went away from my screens for a while and the screen saver got activated. If I have to repeat the peering several times a day, that won't make it. Going back to synergy, which doesn't have this inconvenience. Hope this helps.
