I see the 2-minute delays after each Not_found exception in the log. But I've been unable to get those exceptions running either apt-get or aptitude on your repository. Also, they also occur in your log with accesses to "debian-unofficial", which has signed Release files. Is it possible there is some other network connectivity issue going on? Can you try using a "regular" sources.list file which refers to the remote repositories directly, rather than the approx server, and make sure that works as expected?
