Bug#322743: bicyclerepair: vim plugin is not installed in the right place

  you install bike.vim in /usr/share/vim/vim6[23]/plugin/ dir (meaning
you will need yet-another-dir for each vim version).

  you should put it in /usr/share/vim/addons/plugin wich is meant for
things like bike.vim.
