Disregard that, I think it was my fault for having cairo-dock installed,
while it only appears you need cairo-dock-core for it to work.

I'm afraid that this bug is not fixed in cairo-dock-plugins 2.1.3.10-2.
I can't install one plugin without installing them all, and I can't
have cairo-dock-plugins or cairo-dock without having
gnome-power-manager installed. It's pretty obnoxious.
Cairo-dock will not even run without the entire cairo-dock-plugins
package installed last I checked.
I prefer xfce4-power-manager, and having to have gnome-power-manager
installed because of a plugin that I don't even use is rather annoying.
