I had a chance to play with this yesterday, aside for the issue I had
with svn-buildpackage, I did run into a problem. Since we dynamically
generate the .orig.tar.gz at build time, we need a way of storing said
.tar.gz. Creating the .dsc from multiple machine will create different
checksums for the orig.tar.gz and cause a failure to dput the .changes
to buildd.

For example:
File asterisk-moh-opsound_2.03.orig.tar.gz already exists in
unsupported, but uploaded version has different contents
