Somewhere between version 4.52-1 and version 4.64-4 of libphp-adodb the adodb.inc.php file moved from /usr/share/adodb to /usr/share/php/adodb. Version 0.8.6f-4 of cacti uses the latter path in /usr/share/cacti/site/include/config.php so won't work with the version of libphp-adodb in stable. The fix is either to add version information to the cacti's libphp-adodb requirement to force the user to upgrade that, or to make cacti work with both paths. I prefer the latter and attached is a patch to achieve that.
