Well, the problem is, when setting the view of the path (STRG + L aka CTRL + L) to active, this option is discarded at the next start of dolphin. Is this wanted by default? If not, then it is a bug. Maybe you might want to take a look at it. And, as it is not really important for me, you can set this bugreport to "minor", if you want.
