Package: awesome-extra Version: 2010051701 Severity: normal
/usr/share/awesome/lib/obvious/wlan/readme says: This widget monitors your WLAN's signal strength. To set the device it monitors, use obvious.wlan.set_device(dev) There is no such function, though. Apparently this kind of line works instead: obvious.wlan.device = "eth2" Adding the actual widget to wibox leaves a blank space where I put it and the item itself appears to the left under window titles (default config). Apparently it ignores the position completely somehow. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-3-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fi_FI.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash awesome-extra depends on no packages.
