Package: approx Severity: wishlist
It is unfortunate that the package name was initially selected as 'approx'. The problem is that seaching for tools for use with APT, the normal searches would not reveal it. apt-cache search apt-* If it is possible, consider changing the package name to apt-proxy which would nicely fit into the category of other files apt-* It would be easier to scroll the package listing for searching somthing if the names would reflect the categories they belong to. Approx in this respect is not alone, just an example for improvement. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12-1-686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ISO-8859-1) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_US) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
