Package: lxterminal Version: 0.1.7-1 Severity: normal Contrary to my expectations, if I open three windows and close the second one, alt-2 now no longer goes to the second window. They key binding is unmapped and it is passed through to the window instead. What I expected is that window three would become window two, so alt-2 would switch to it and the alt-3 key would be unbound. Instead, alt-3 still switches to what was formerly the third window.
While I understand that if you always have a particular app running in the Nth window, it may be easier to remember that key-N always takes you back to that app, even if some intervening windows may have been deleted, I don't think this is "obvious" behaviour and therefore if it is not fixed, it should at least not be the default behaviour. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (800, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages lxterminal depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 1.29.4-1 The ATK accessibility toolkit ii libc6 2.10.2-6 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcairo2 1.8.10-4 The Cairo 2D vector graphics libra ii libfontconfig1 2.8.0-2 generic font configuration library ii libfreetype6 2.3.11-1 FreeType 2 font engine, shared lib ii libglib2.0-0 2.24.0-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk2.0-0 2.20.1-1 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libpango1.0-0 1.26.2-1 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libvte9 1:0.22.5-2 Terminal emulator widget for GTK+ ii libx11-6 2:1.3.3-1 X11 client-side library lxterminal recommends no packages. lxterminal suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
