Hi
globus-core ships /usr/share/globus/libtool-gcc32pthr which encodes the
GNU triplet of the Debian architecture it was built for. /usr/share is
meant for arch-independent files per the FHS. This helper should be
shipped in an arch specific dir, typically below /usr/lib.
