Package: mplayer Version: 2:1.0~rc3+svn20100502-3 Severity: critical
This is what happens, when I try to install that latest version of mplayer: mplayer version 2:1.0~rc3+svn20100502-3 depends on libdirectfb-1.2-9. Then that package called libdirectfb-1.2-9 conflicts with libdirectfb-1.2-0 . When I try to purge libdirectfb-1.2-0 , hell breaks loose: aptitude suggests removal of 756 packages! And most of them are very important at least for me.
