From the limited amount of information you have provided, it seems that this may be a invalid keyboard file, or a local conflict of applications grabbing keybindings. Either way, this does not warrant an important severity. If you could provide any console output generated and/or the specific keys and applications you are trying to launch, that would be very beneficial. Also, what graphical environment are you using?
