Package: dpkg-dev Version: 1.15.7.1 Severity: wishlist Debian Policy in C.2.2.1 currently documents how to configure a parser for alternative changelog formats. Since Debian doesn't allow any of those formats to be used in the archive, this isn't really an appropriate topic for Policy, but the dpkg-parsechangelog man page doesn't appear to contain the same details anywhere.
If this is still a supported feature, could you take over this documentation and add it to dpkg-parsechangelog or a new deb-changelog man page? If it is not a supported feature, please let me know and I'll just delete the information from Policy.
