Well, popcon is rather low[1], and keeping it only encourages its use. I'd rather we remove it now. If there's people using it (for private stuff I guess, since nothing in the archive uses it) they can build haskell-gnomevfs manually (as they will be building their stuff) or even better, port their code to GIO/GVFS.
