I've just updated to 2.30.1.2-3 from 2.28.x and I have a similar issue. I have multiple IMAP accounts on sfr.fr and also an other provider (using zimbra server). The sfr.fr accounts are not working while the zimbra based account is working well. Going to Dossier/Abonnement (I'm not sure what is used for the English locale) and unchecking the folders then checking them again seems to workaround the issue until the next evolution startup or at least for a while (because some times they disappear without restarting it). This really very annoying bug making evolution not usable for me. Please advice if I can help by further tests.
