Hello,
i have this problem when i try to start evince:
magellan...@atreides:~$ evince
** (evince:3449): WARNING **: Error creating last_settings file: Errore
nell'aprire il file «/home/magellanino/.gnome2/evince/last_settings»:
No such file or directory
Segmentation fault
I solved this problem by manually creating the folder
/home/magellanino/.gnome2/evince
but this is not normal
