I doubt britney looks at recommendations for testing migration. Let's go ahead with the RC bugs, it shouldn't hurt at this point. As long as the bugs have the perl-5.12-transition usertag, I'm sure they will get closed when it's time. I also think the 5.10.1 packages should Provide: libclass-isa-perl and the others. That way people can start adding (non-versioned) dependencies with no ill effects. I'll probably add them for the next upload.
