I'm interested in becoming the official mirror for Debian here in Iceland.
There is already a ftp.is mirror (though temporarily redirected
elsewhere because of rsync/ftp issues).
Still, it's always good to have *reliable* mirrors that are complete and
available through FTP/HTTP/RSYNC, see
http://www.debian.org/mirror/official#criteria
