Hello,I saw a similar segfault in wmsetbg (but it wasn't when using fluxbox, but awesome wm in my case). I debugged the issue which was caused by stack overflow in libwraster code, which may or may not be the cause of your segfault too. I prepared a patch for wmaker which fixed the problem for me (see attachment), could you please test it and see if it works in your case?
