Package: vtk
Version: 5.4.2-6
Severity: important
Justification: fails to build from source

Hi,

when trying to build vtk in sid, I'm getting the following error:
...
[ 92%] Building CXX object
Infovis/CMakeFiles/vtkInfovis.dir/vtkBoostBiconnectedComponents.cxx.o
/build/fabrice-vtk_5.4.2-6-amd64-S7TpoQ/vtk-5.4.2/Infovis/vtkBoostBiconnectedComponents.cxx:35:41:
error: boost/vector_property_map.hpp: No such file or directory

This is because boost1.42 changed the place of some hpp files.

A patch has been applied by gentoo, to fix this FTBFS:
http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo-x86/sci-libs/vtk/files/vtk-5.4.2-boost-property_map.patch?rev=1.1&content-type=text/plain

Thanks,
Fabrice
