Definitely. There's still a few chances that I forget about this agreement in a few days, when the l10n update round is over...and that I upload anyway (I know myself and I happen to forget things!). As this will be done in the DELAYED queue (7 days delay), I can easily stop this. It just needs you to tell me something like "Hey, Christian, haven't you forgot that we agreed for you to not upload"? :-)
