I've rebuilt all packages with a new SVN snapshot of OCaml (version
3.12.0+dev23, revision 10396), and your package failed to build on amd64
differently.
Relevant part:
checking for /usr/lib/ocaml/ocamlgraph... yes
configure: ocamlgraph 1.5 is incompatible with Frama-C. Will switch to a local
version.
configure: Switching to local ocamlgraph
checking for ocamlgraph... no
checking for ocamlgraph.tar.gz... no
configure: error: Cannot find ocamlgraph in current directory
Please download the latest version from http://ocamlgraph.lri.fr/download
Compile it in "ocamlgraph" then rerun ./configure
make[1]: *** [override_dh_auto_configure] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/frama-c-20100401+boron+dfsg'
