Hello all, I needed the Hivex Perl packages for a libvirt project at work, so I created a Debian package. This was as much to get the Perl packages as for fun :)
I noticed that someone had started an ITP for the package already, so I added my git archive to the ITP. Maybe the ITP-filer can use the packaging :) The package is complete and lintian-clean. It uses git-buildpackage and quilt source format 3.0. Why is this of interest to you? Because the libguestfs packages need the Perl libraries to be able to build the virt-* tools correctly. They are currently missing from the package that is floating around. I'm packaging a newer version of libguestfs (1.3.9), please let me know if you are interested in the newer package (which is based on your somewhat outdated package, version 1.0.84).
