Yes, I meant "second order" ;-).  I'd really appreciate the possibility
to distinguish between both.  What I wanted to indicate with the tag is
that we need not do anything but wait.

I've just been told (although not by TE) that there'll be a new teTeX
release "before Kiel", which probably means the DANTE meeting in
September.
